ACE supported company Feedpods enters USA market!

The Irish born company Feedpods supported by the ACE programme back in 2015, has successfully entered the United States market with their revolutionary technology for nutrition and feeding of animals. 

The company that is already working with some of the world's most famous zoos and animal parks, now sees its technology being implemented at the Albuquerque Zoo in New Mexico - giving it the title of first zoo in the US to feed animals by using an app! Such news was greated with enthusiasm by the local media as seen in the video below.  

Since then, Feedpdos has also secured new contracts with zoos in San Francisco and San Diego, California.


ACE goes to ICT2015!

The ACE project, coordinated by EBN will be present in the Startup Europe Forum at the (ICT 2015) event in Lisbon on 20-22 October 2015.

In the run-up to this event, ACE partner Cap Digital has been coaching the finalists for the first everInnovation Radar Prize that will be awarded in Lisbon on  22 October. Each of the 14 shortlisted innovators will have 3 minutes to pitch their innovation to ICT 2015 delegates during the Innovation Radar pitching event. They will also showcase their product or demo at the Innovation Radar booth within the Startup Europe Forum area. Best of luck to all fourteen finalists! 

At the end of this month the ACE Project will have its final showcase t the 2015 EBN Congress and will give out the official #ACEAward. Learn more here and come meet these talented entrepreneurs in Brussels!

Coordinated by EBN (the European Business and Innovation Centre Network), in its pilot period (September 2013 – November 2015) ACE involved 10 EU|BICs and accelerator partners, 2 leading ICT Clusters, a pan-European network of living labs and an independent evaluation expert from 11 European countries.
